Problem with sound and receiver

Hi, i have a 55uh7500 and a Yamaha vrx 475, and y hace a lot of problem of shuthin.
Every 3or 4 min sound stops for 0,5 s and retunrs.
I tried with hdmi Arc and optical sound, and with both have dame problem.
I try the tv withouth receiver and sounds ok. The receiver with other sources sounds ok too.
Something in service menu??? That i can try??
