[SAMSUNG HU6900] reboot when entering service menu

Hi guys!
I have a problem accessing the service menu after I modified something related to EDID (TV type) from UHD_NO3D_7K to something like FLAT24_UHD I guess. Everytime I activate the service menu, the video become still and reboots all this in less than 10 sec. I saw something like it cannot retrieve the purchase date for this type FLAT24_UHD. The problem is not seen if I don't enter this menu.
Can you please tell me how to solve the pb please? I'll try to unplug it complitely from electricity to check.
