Looking for widget to load my own m3u playlist streams(without firmware change)?

hi all. Is there any free widget(samsung smart tv javascript app) that allow me add my own m3u video stream playlist ? I want to sideload that widget to tv . hope i get some help here. Looking forward for replies .
Note: i don't want to change the firmware of the tv

YES
I saw some apps, mostly in russian language, one of populars is nStreamLmod 3.
it is trialware, but after month you get only less functionality. it can read m3u playlists from usb or from cloud.
