Today Ive bought a new TV UE65H6470... Urgently it has Firmware 2740.6 :(
Is there any hope by downgrading?

Im an experienced samygo user, as im already rooted my D6500 long long time ago.

D6500, so it's mips? Did you try new oscam ? :) Yes it's possible to downgrade as soon as you disable OTN Support ASAP :)

I was asking about UE65H6470. Dont know why you are asking about D6500? OTN was the first i disabled after unboxing my new UE65H6470.
For oscam for D6500 see here: http://tanjasoft.com/how-to/install-osc ... omment-192

Now be patient and wait :) That's all :) We are working. Root is still unstable :)

Let's summarize and answer the main question :)
Yes, it's possible to downgrade, but you first need root, and no root is available for your firmware yet.

@sectroyer: if the new root method is unstable (you get root on some boots, but not all), why not do this (for now):
1. Release the new root with instructions to be done with the tv disconnected from the net
2. Immediatly after root, use zoelechat's libFW downgrade to downgrade to the last "easy rootable" firmware.
3. Perform the old-root, disable otn, etc.
4. Profit :D

I think most people would be happy with this, even if it's more work and a slightly older version.

And in the meantime you can keep working on new root stability without users constantly bugging you about progress reports. It's a win-win situation :)

You didn't get "root unstable" means root STILL allows users to brick their TVs :P I need to fix it (make it fool proof :P) before I release it :)
