you need patched firmware for T-VAL6DEUC, not T-VALDEUC
if you have ssh access and change the version number you can directly install the fw version you want, no need to install 0000 then.
(0000 is for fw versions <3011 to downgrade without ssh/telnet)
so your first step would be root your tv and then install oscam (but as stated it wouldn't do anything for your tv)
downgrading fw is optonal there
you can use oscam for descrambling on E7/8 and F7/8
F6700 is not supported
