JS9080Q missing "Local_Set"

I would like to change the option "Local_Set" in advanced service menu, but i can't find this option. The advanced service menu was activated by sending FACTORY+3SPEED keys. I need to change this option because of the wrong language /character set/ inside "TVguide" and TV programm description. I bought a TV set for German countries and i need to set another region to change right character set. It was fine for me on H8080 and i would like to do it with my new tv. FW out of the box is 1201.4, updates are blocked on router.

how you enter service manuel ?
if by noramal Remote you want see loacal set !

Problem solved. Enabling full Advanced menu is using another keys - not FACTORY+3SPEED.

To open Advanced menu use "Info" + "Factory"
