Samsung UE32H5000 and PVR or Time-shift?

Hello,
I bought Samsung UE32H5000 month ago, but I really miss PVR-Timeshift function. Is there something how to enable it?
Or is there any method how to record channels, while I'm using CA modul for UPC DVB-C ?
TV has 1 RJ45 port also 1 USB port (which takes only USB Flash drives, not external drive
)
I get into service menu also on advanced (but not in expert)
