UE55H7080 wrong auto update with UE65H7080

I need Help, i have Samsung Smart 3D UE55H7080, last week ask for update and i say yes 
, after update my menu is only "dash" the only language work but without number is Greek and Russia. i make factory reset from menu, after that i reset from service menu but no change. i put the tv in demo mode and i see the tv is update to UE65H7080 ((
any ideea? is posible to update from service menu whit the right firmware?
