question from new member about UA40D6000 country change stuck

Dears,
I need your help please, I bought my Samsung Smart tv UA40D6000 from Dubai and took it to Netherlands, once I connected to internet the Apps store changed to Netherlands store, I used the code (>>289<<) so many times at last it worked and I changed the country again to United Arab Emirates.
but later somebody made update it came back again Netherlands store.
and after that I tried 10000 time to use the code (>>289<<) & (Mute Return Vol+ Pu up Mute) but in vain, it didn't work any more
.
I entered the service menu to change region I found it deactivated (in grey color) and on ArabAE but actually the store is not.
Do you know any solution to change the country again to UAE store please ?
