Hello, I have the samre problem. I have a D-series (UE40D6570) and an E-series (UE40ES6540) TV. The 3D SBS and non-3D HD mkv files I downloaded play fine on the D-series TV but teh E-series TV says that the format is not supported. I digged into it more.
