Hi to all everyone here that has tried to enable pvr on MU models?
A lot of models has pvr but this functions is not available in some countries.
From my research the german market is the one with not restrictions.
How to turn off whatchdog to play with SM menu in “safe mode”?.
I wont to avoid the brick possibility when i play with SM.

Another question are the MU models rootable?

How to enable pvr in mu6450 without altering the localset ?

If you're in a country where PVR is not allowed, it's unlikely that you'll be able to enable it without changing country. Except only for session by setting PVR_SUPPORT to ON (will be back to OFF after reboot).
