Okay, so we confirm you did NOT find correct netcat No idea what you do but you have to make netcat work. It's IMPOSSIBLE to have connection on mobile and netcat NOT working on port 3023. Until you fix that no point going further

If you have problem try linux No idea what you used I don't know how to use winshit I can tell you that 99% use on winshit and "works". I can only speak about linux/unix

Yes now try netcat on pc on port 3023 and 3123 One of those should definitely work If "not works" repeat until "works" Good luck

and after connecting you should either see "tty bla blah blah" or type "/bin/ls" and see some output

After I trype any of those two commamds nc shuts off after 3-4 sec
And i managed to make a video and to take screenshot to see the message
