Doesn't matter, as long as both have been executed when recording/timeshift is launched. Lib will check on each PVR start, the "non-decryption flag" being libNoDRM logfile's existence (/dtv/NoDRM.log)

Hello,
for me it unfortunately works incorrect.
When trying to open stream.m3u8 with VLC, VLC tried to open the streamx.ts locally. He don't know that he should open it from the web server/samsung-tv.
Here is my stream.m3u8

That was the error. Thank you. I try directly from Browser, but they only download the stream.m3u8. Now I try to open the network adress directly from vlc and it works.

Streaming is possible, oscam i ready for that so I think only kind of setting of channels like bouquet channel list in Enigma2? But how to make it?
