How to downgrade firmware of Samsung tv UN40MU6290

My tv has been wasted for like 6 months after an update Samsung did, I called resolution center and they couldn't help me with this issue, but I'm pretty sure that this can be solved with a firmware downgrade. Can I have any help from this forum?
