Need help

Hi guys I can't find any solution anywhere....
Searched Google, searched Yahoo, searched my drawer... Nop nothing

I was given a Samsung TV model: HG55EE690DB, I understand that is a hospitality tv, which means everything is locked??
I cannot access smarthub or install apps etc.

Is there any way around? New firmware? I searched the forum but couldn't find anything about my model.

go to:
service menu-> info-> menu -> mute-> power
then go to :
Control -> Hotel Option -> Hospitality Mode
turn it off and done !!!

Unfortunately there is no such option under Control....
There is hospitality mode but only to choose Interactive or Standalone

Thanks again for the reply.... I tried all of the above but hospitality mode stays as is!!
As I understand it needs the Lynk software for it so that you can enable all modes and options...
A software which is impossible to find

Perhaps it's under some other name, you'll have to dig around a bit, but be careful in that because you can easily change something and it'll stick and if you forget to put it back before turning off the tv it can be bad.

That's what I was thinking....
Still don't want to change something and brick it. Well I will leave it for now and I will keep looking for any solution

Why don't you just post screenshot of all the pages you have been able to browse in the dev menu?
