Failed to Download Terms and Conditons

Hi guys ! my problem is after i changed region in service menu I cannot install any of the apps nor download the Terms and Conditions.
Now when I go to service menu I have some wierd version number and when I try to download the terms I get error connection not stable I tried to reset and nothing also vpn and nada what else I can do

Did you want to downgrade? I also find myself in the same situation with 9999 but what I read must be changed the motherboard cannot be reset eeprom

No, I have updated the new firmware first and then I changed the region and this showed up

I wonder if this telly have this advanced sevice menu and maybe changing the local set if it has this option would help ?

I tried to restore all the initial settings but there is no change, in a few days a new motherboard arrives that I can do eepron reset tests and a serial logo.

Hi, I remember that you can choose the country of the store into the store menu, there is a remote control code that you have press in that menu (Tv region and store region are two different options). Now I don’t remember that code, but maybe you have already tried. Let me know

Not into service menu, try this:

- Press the Smart Hub button on you remote control.
- When Smart Hub has loaded then press », 2, 8, 9, « (fast forward, 2, 8, 9, rewind).
- Under Internet service location, select the country you wish to use. ...
- Once you have selected the country you wish to use, press Next.
- Click Agree to agree to Terms of Service.

Nothing is happening no menu with country to chose all I can do just press setup
