You can find your tv model on sticker
Firmware you have: menu-help-firmware upgrade and press info on RC.
You will see on bottom info like T-CHL7DEUC bla bla bla. Please write it for us.
Older firmware you can download from here
If you have firmware T-CHL7DEUC, you can use instruction Force firmware back v.0.2. But if you have something like T-CHLCIPDEUC, then you need activate_Alternative_Firmware way.
