Hello, since I executed Factory Reset in the Service Menu of the Series 5 T5300 Samsung (UE32T5302) every time I get into Service Mode it welcomes me with "ERR by Empty Version Data. Please Contact Factory Service Team". Also, the MODE presented in the header of Service Menu is FAILURE
What can I do with this? I read, that this can be caused by "Failure" status in some option of the Service Mode, and I have few of it like in "BT Throughput: Failure", but for this I can do nothing - it's not changeable, and this TV doesn't have Bluetooth.
