So do you think it woud work to make an entry like "/0001" and have a file on the called 0001 containing the linux cmd eg like "ls"

You think right direction, but... Here is samsungs limitations. If you copy non existing file that way, it will be copied with sufix _clone
If you copy existing file, it will be copied with sufix _temp (or another, i do not remember).
So, you can enter shell commands, but... it executes scripts only from specific location (/mtd_boot/CIP), which is read only and watched by authuld.
