How i know that my tv is cl or cl+?

Depends on your TV modal and firmware.
If your model goes on with T2P it's CI+ and if T2W it's CI. Also If your firmware name has "CIP" word, it's CI+.
LE40B650T2P... -> CI+
LE40B650T2W.. -> CI
