Enable voice recognition AU7100

Hi guys

I just entered in the FMS secret menu and enabled the support for the bt smart remote and the voice recognition support on my UE55AU7170. (I have additional smart remote with mic).
The voice commands are now available in youtube app but when I press the mic button on the remote (to use Bixby or any other voice assistant), the TV reports that the voice service is not yet configured, if I select to configure it then it tries to connect somewhere (I imagine to Samsung server) then it fails with "impossible connect to the page".
Anyone tried before?
Any chance to get Bixby working on AU7100?

Hello. Exactly the same problem on similar tv, UE55AU7175UXXC. When I press the mic button, Bixby is activated and it seems that it is listening to me but it does not recognize my voice. On YouTube and in the app search engine it does recognize my voice perfectly but not in Bixby. Nor does my voice recognize my voice on the virtual remote control of the Smartthings app from my smartphone. I have looked in the service menu but I can't find anything. It seems to me that it may be a bixby permissions problem. Can someone help us?

hello. My model doesn't have that switch. My model is the UE55AU7175UXXC, and it does not have these functions integrated, that is why I have activated them in the service menu. As I explained before, the voice recognition works correctly (the remote recognizes my voice and the TV too, but only with the Samsung keyboard, not with Bixby). Bixby seems to be installed. in the Bixby help menu, it answers all the questions, but it doesn't recognize my voice.

no one knows anything? I think it may be a problem with bixby permissions to access the smart remote's microphone but I don't know how I can change that option.
