PS7790C play Videos from NAS without DLNA/UPNP

I don't understand much. What is PS7790C ? I don't know any model number like that. We just support Samsung TV's after >2009 model.

I understand the Emtec has SAMBA file-sharing support. If so, then the SamyGo home page says it should be compatible for models including PSxxC7700, which may include the C7709 variant, with the SAMBA file sharing hack.

Yes. As jw1001 sad, but afaik all NAS devices support for NFS too. You can also directly mount NFS shares from your Samsung TV.
