I don't know encryption things for reading.
But you can mount iso images via shell.

Is exeDSP has DVDDec libs? Could it decrypt encoded vob files?
So Yes.
Problem is we needed to play each vob file by hand with mounting.
Do you try to mount iso file? I think kernel has the modules for mounting DVD. If not, we could compile them also.
