arris-> little help for 03_03_nfsmount

Hello,

could you help me about a little thing please?

when I launch samyGO,

I've to click on:
nfs->
192.168.0.222->
_mnt_HD_H_a2->
my folders....

I'd like to know if it's possible to directly go to "my folders"; I think it's possible to get it shorter, modifying "03_03_nfsmount.init" but not absolutely sure....I didn't find any model for that, and when I've tryied, it was only mistakes....
...

better not try to mount/use folders with spaces in name.
i know, you can use it on your windows shares but let it for nfs.

Sorry I was not clear!

"my folders" is not a folder, it's just the place where my movies are stocked!

the path to go to my NFS is:
/dtv/usb/sda/nfs/192.168.0.222/_mnt_HD_HD_a2
and in "_mnt_HD_HD_a2" all my movies are stocked.

so no space in my path.

could you help me to configure my .ini file?

Sorry, I've changed the line like that:

M_POINT="/dtv/usb/sda/nfs/192.168.0.222/_mnt_HD_HD_a2"

and it didn't change anything: I still have: movies->NFS->192.168.0.222->_mnt_HD_HD_a2->
to click on my remote...

any idea?

M_POINT="/dtv/usb/sda/my_folder"

yes, but then you have to mount every of your files and not just a directory

and really, Arris, why does it work with "my_folder" and why it doesn't work with the first solution, the right path..?

M_POINT ist the destination directory where your share is mounted/mapped on the tv.

I would really understand?!

Ok so it will stay like this, not going to mount every file....

but I don't really know why "my_folder" and how the mount knows that "my_folder" is in my NAS with the good path,

this is the dark magic of the extensions pack and my ~16 years of linux experience

and why when I give him the right path,

you didn't do that, but i'm sure if you goole for description of mount command you'll find the answer. but i'm also sure you have to klick more than 3 times for that.

it can't find it.
The 2nd solution is ok, not the first...

you know, I think it's just laziness to don't want to click 3 times!
