As far as I know, for 64 compatibility you just needed to download 64 bit swt library.

There are already couple channels editors apps for C series:
- Channel Editor (C-series) - modification of original Channel Editor by polskafan, created with Java
- Channel List PC Editor - app with really nice GUI for Windows & Mac OS only
- SamChanEd - Python command line app for sort analog channels
