You can make you own schema for SamyGO Remote android app. Just create new layout basis on exist files from here.
Buttons name you find in file strings.xml (down file part).
This way I make my remote for B650 (BN59-00938A).

As I know we haven't got keycode for separator button " - ".

Changes in version 0.7:

• add option to minimize to tray - hotkeys works in this mode
• add standard top menu box with some standard options

Absolutely YES!

Or there is a way to add it to the startup service so it could auto starts?

That`s the way most of us using. You need install patched firmware and enable autostart apps using gdb or injectso method. SamyGO.sh script is needed.
Look at wiki.samygo.tv B section (for Dummies as well).

I can`t say anything about iPhone app, might developer of this app contacts you if needed.
