If your virtual device is called sda1, why do you search your mounts on sda4? I think you should rename it to sda1 as well. Every device in your scripts.
Is here password protected shares? Do you enter username and password of windows account?

"Flashing" just adds "auto-mounting" at start-up of TV, nothing more.
