How to access to "Expert" tab in service menu?
Maybe is possible with rusamsungcommunicator?
This option in the service menu is grayed out how to activate and explore it?

In addiciton there is an advanced tab that is impossible to explore.

I know what you mean. Try this combination while not in service menu, but in normal TV mode. I don't know if it helps, but it is worth to try

I try and i obtain the access to service menu withouth passing through the hotel mode but the tab Expert is always grayed the tab Advanced instead is white but i can't explore it
I found on a service manual this sequence: Picture On -> Info -> Factory but there is a problem do you know what is the Picture On button??

If so, all you need do then is Factory -> 3Speed to access most ghosted out menu items.

Hi and thanks for your reply i'll do these steps but the advanced menu is active (blank) but not accesible the Expert menu instead is always grayed and i can't find a way to enable it. I'm searching a lot on the net but i can't found info about this menu i also have the service manual for my tv model but there aren't info about in it.
So if someone has info about these menu please share it.
I want to try to enable animated menu that in my tv is missing and i think that maybe in expert mode of service menu is possible do that.
