Reflashing firmware in C7000?
Re: Reflashing firmware in C7000?
you have one chance - force TV think it has lower firmware. After you hack it and execute run.sh (i didn`t checked that run.sh from manual), then you could flash the same firmware once more.

Re: Reflashing firmware in C7000?
Have you been able to downgrade your TV's firmware? I also own a Brazilian c7000 (pl50C7000) and I am looking forward to downgrade to 1005 (or nay previous version that allows SamyGO to be used) since it does not work in 1012.0uKER wrote:In the same line of thought as my previous post... isn't there any other "factory reset" I can perform that will leave the TV in a condition more similar to the one it should have been at the end of the firmware update?
I saw the one in the service menu but tried to resist the urge as I saw a report of someone doing it and his TV not booting back up.

So are you able to use SamyGO on the c7000? Which method have you chosen to hack it?uKER wrote:No, I didn't have to.
I could fix the problem I was having, and I'm glad I didn't take the risk as I saw lots of reports of that going south, resulting in bricked TVs.
Thanks
