Has the widget been removed from your server? The download link in the widgetlist.xml file points to an error file,

i set this IP manually. Problem is user/pass. Where are the logs to see errors?

are you comparing IPs used to download the widget with IPs used to access this forum?... uhmmmmmm

From what you say I can see that at least the TV model is being sent when trying to donwload the widget... is there anything else that is being sent? anything that we should be warned or told up-front?

i can compare the ip's but just do it if the user question makes me "curious" (i can do more intresting things with my time...).
tv don't send you visa-card number.
tv sends modelname and duid, i see here no problems then you tv send more informations to samsung server if you access the smarthub in a regulair way...

and yes access to widgetlist.xml is logged then the widget is in early dev-phase, we also need informations what models are in the wild then i have no money (and if i would have it i won't give it to samsung) to buy one exemplar of evrey of they models...

and if somebody really like to get an answer why the widget isn't installed on his/her tv i need the DUID...
