you don't needed to start python exe.
If you correctly installed python, drag your FW directory and drop it to SamyGO.py
Or you can initiate shell window (CMD) and write a line as

C:\Python\python.exe C:\SamyGO.py C:\CHL7CIPDEUC

Thats all.

For applications.
You needed to put every application to different directory.
Put them all into USB flashs root directory.
Plug after plug it to the TV and....
