buy wired Ethernet card module

My TV comes without ethernet wired card. Instead there is a empty hole.

Where can I buy it and for how much?

why dont you change model to 550 in service menu and you get wi-fi support. Take compatible wifi dongle and dont care about mission impossible (i mean wired ethernet adapter).

But if you want to play, take usb to ethernet adapter, drivers were somewhere here on the forum and try to setup network. But i dont had success, easier you make wifi.

Yes I am trying to do it also, I changed the model and I am now trying a rt73 module to work, but is still making me headaches and I cant find compatible/inexpensive hardware for pid vid modification.

Then I lost the USB port for playing photos/music/etc... also I have a embeeded linux board next to tv so it could also be an option if the module is not expensive and I can find it.

You can use USB hub and get more USB ports for your needs.

Thank you for the info! in that case it is ok to use WiFi instead of Ethernet module. However Id like to know if I can buy such adapter and where... just curiosity
