You have to destroy partition table on USB. One of possible ways is to use diskpart (native xp partitioning tool).

I found a way to erase partition from an pendrive

1. Open a command window as admin (cmd)
2. type: "diskpart"
3. type: "select disk 3" (where you replace 3 with the nr of your pendrive)
4. type: clean

You'll see in diskmgmt that there isn't any partition on the pendrive anymore

Be sure if your USB is recognized as disk3, you may destroy your hard drive instead !

Other options to get your 16Gb back is to use software e.g. FDISK, Partition Magic, QTparted...
You also could repartition your pen using windows Disk Management.

If you preferring a GUI, then do "start > run > diskmgmt" and delete partitions from the USB. When you format through explorer or cmd it formats just the selected partition, XP does not care about multiple partitions on USB flash keys. So you have to remove the xfs partitions by yourself and remove/resize the fat(32).

I?ve done each step, but red light flashing and tv restarts when I select clone usb to tv on 2nd usb.

my frist Q:
A) in adding the 2 usb ( 2_D6_hh_v2.4.img) do u want mi to delete all file that already on usb (1_D6_hh_v2.4.img)?
B) or first delete 1_D6_hh_v2.4.img that already in usb, than add ( 2_D6_hh_v2.4.img)
C) or second patch should include both 2_D6_hh_v2.4.img and 1_D6_hh_v2.4.img)

I HAVE PROBLEM WITH 3D i dont know iF it happen to tv after samygo installation or not.

Its not samygo related. You was not accurate in service menu and seems you dedinitelly changed some value. Bad.

i adhust the tv type to: 46A1UF7E, THAN FACTORY RESTORE.
and 3D problem solved.
but i lost samygo.
