How to stop process start by serial exlink connection?

How to stop process start by serial exlink connection?
I playing with top debug menu tv and I set to on the subsystem print and now my tv is ever sending a lot of info it starts very slowly change channel is very slow and my pc with windows 7 has a blue screen every 5 minutes.
I try to access service menu and set rs232 jack to uart or optical but nothing change, i also disconnect the power cable of tv but without success i also try to stop the process with ctrl+z in putty but withouth success.
How i can fix that?
the blue screen of my windows 7 pc i think are due to overload of serial port so now i connect the tv to serial port with cutecom from one ubuntu virtual machine and now seems that i've resolved the pc blue screen but the problem is how to stop the printing of all susbsystems???
Any suggest?
