Recording showing incorrect title

I have a C6800.

When a programme has been recorded, often the title is incorrect and shows the title of the programme shown before. However if you fast forward, the title is correct once the programme starts.

Would it not be better for it to show the title of the programme mid way through the recording to avoid the error. How can this be done, or Samsung to alter firmware ?
