Region/Country settings

Hello,

I want to change the country settings from my UE40ES6710 to Dutch.
However this option is not on my TV.
I already managed to get into the service menu, but the region-function can't be activated (It's there, on the screen, but can't be chosen...)
Can anyone tell me how enable this function?

Unfortunately ruSamsungTVCommunicator expired on the 26th, but a new version should be released within the next couple of days, http://www.rainerullrich.de/samsung/

If you have factory remote control OR you can send custom IR codes to TV, then yes, it is possible. Or maybe you can use LIRC and IR transmitter?
