error code: 603 Invalid parameter. "RESOLVED"

Hi all
I downgraded my FW 13 days ago with no issues but had to upgrade again due to a Samsung tech call out because of a faulty panel display. Anyway I can't downgrade again and get the '603 error' message after doing the DNS hack. The Samsung tech did not do anything to the settings he just came and assessed the problem and said they would have to order a new panel (2-3 weeks) so I'm not sure whats happening here. Could the servers be down?
I am now stuck on the latest FW so I cant change anything using the Factroy/3speed option and I need to change the region as I now live overseas and my UA55D8000 was purchased in Australia... any suggestion as to why I'm getting this error would be appreciated.

You can send 3speed and factory using self made ir transmitter. Check wiki.

Cheers arris... yeah I know however I wanted to know why I am getting that message when it was ok before? others are getting the same error also check out: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=4199&start=80

Ok, is there another way to downgrade ie: via usb because every time I try using T-GAP8DEUC_1018.1 it says there are no updates? have I missed something as I can see plenty of FW files on this forum available so there must be a way?

maybe samsung playing around on they server-farm...
our server reports ~10-15 successful downgrades per day so maybe temporary stuff on samsungs side or samsung did something in recent firmwares what blocks the downgrade.
maybe people should compare on what firmware version or country region exactly the error 603 is reported.

ps: next three weeks i'm not really "internet ready" just have partial access to e-mail and no shell acces to any machines...

Ok, I am on FW below (downloaded from SAM Australian website and installed via USB) and trying to downgrade from Philippines which was previously successful.
If others could post there details of these also it might give us some direction.
