but not on this tv series. based on differences function names it seems simply blocking us. However blocking is not enabled yet, like previous one.

Hi. I read that (some user remind me) Samsung has licensed DTS codec. And also new function names that related with DRM and netflix...
This means one thin for me. NetFlix compatibility near future. If this became true, than we needed to play DTS enabled movies from NetFlix. So I guess DTS support will be deployed in couple of months.

Allready deployed in their new 2010 tv line-up, DTS logo on the case and all that.. Even on C530's (C530 being the lowest 2010 model able to play movies from USB ?).

You mean DTS support may be added to 2009 models because of possible Netflix thingy ?
I seriously doubt that - AFAIK netflix does not stream media with multi-channell audio at all.
But netflix may be indeed made available for "B" models as a widget (completelly useless feature for me personally, but quite a big deal for some US customers).

is somebody desperate enough to try raise the firmware version in info.txt serial_temp version_info.txt on older firmware?
and may with hexeditor in exeDSP too.
