Hello,
I recently purchases a Samsung UE46ES6300, recorded a short sequence to USB HD. Then I used Knoppix Live DVD to boot Linux and copy Data (5 Files) to NTFS HD. Finally I used DeSTRoi 1.3.3 to convert the SRF to TS (with and without AF). There was no error but the created TS seems to be corrupt (e.g. neither VLC nor Media Player (Win, Classic) detect any streams. I also detected that I'm able to compress the SRF files to ZIP by about 50%, this ratio is more than unusual for allready compressed files (like videos).
Edit: In the meanwhile I found the following entry from juuso ? Di Jul 17, 2012 6:19 am
As you guys see, the E(S,H) series is not supported by this tool. Wait for news from developer, we know this problem.
Any news on the status of the planned changes/extensions?
Regards, Rainer

But you description is for D-Series, is there no status update for planned support of E(S,H)-series?Stewox wrote:See here how I made it to work on UE40D6750, may help some newcomers.
Re: Samsung PVR Content Decrypting tool - final
Why should there be a description for E(S,H)-series in the "[D] Firmware" forum, also if it is explicit written in the post that it is for an UE40D6750? Maybe you should ask in "[E] Firmware" for someone who can tell you the status for E-series Tv.NetAktiv wrote:But you description is for D-Series, is there no status update for planned support of E(S,H)-series?Stewox wrote:See here how I made it to work on UE40D6750, may help some newcomers.
Samsung UE32D6510 (downgraded to T-GASDEUC-1016.0) with "SamyGO Hospitality mode hack" running
Samsung UE46ES6710 ( T-MST10PDEUC-2004) with SamyGo running

I just found a way which was working for me (get the key from mdb file) and shared this finding with you.
I've not planned to to buy a E(S,H)-series TV.

Re: Samsung PVR Content Decrypting tool - final
Copy also the corresponding .mdb file (for the key) and the .inf file (for the meta-information) in the same directory, then use Destroi. You may have to tick the Decrypt AF option, or not, depending on your TV and firmware version.
