ES6300 3D LED Smart TV

I have the following problem with my UE32ES6300 3D LED Smart TV

1. When i try to play videos via browser it hangs after a few mins. So I contacted samsung and they told me to update the firmware and do a full reset I did what they said but still have the problem.

2. After updating the firmware now I cant able to keep sing in my Youtube app. It keep log out while exit the app.
