If it's doesn't work than IC_3112 chip looks promising.
3102 is looks like EEPROM also.
Who knows which one is the correct one.
I think you need to put high resolution pictures for 8 pin cips to read their names.
Alternatively you can try to short SDA with 3.3v pads.

Notice the white triangle. That identifies the first pin. Depending chip name, we needed to connect 2 pin at opposite corner.
(Technically SDA with VCC).
If your board takes any damage, I am not the responsible.
With the TV powered on and using the TVs remote control press and hold EXIT on the TV remote for 12 seconds.

As you see first I am showing the problem, with menu model changing,
so IF this is the way that TV bricked then
solve it with the next instructions...
