I explained my problem

I have a samsung tv ue40d5003 I changed to play video via usb

it's ok it works perfectly

against the button does not work despite changing the type of panels via the hidden menu button

but the biggest concern: the blocking headphones

I explained
the sound of this tv is zero, there is no bass and treble are metal
so I installed a kit logitech s220 2.1 in order to have a minimum of bass and treble correct when I turn up the sound

but this kit plugs into a 3.5mm stereo jack that is to say a headphone jack.
the problem is ,the tv headphone volume is locked (because in France there is a limit to the headphone output not to become deaf supposedly)

suite has it, I made a adapter that sound on the scart socket

but the sound of this output does not vary with the remote

So I came to you to know where is what I can change the value of the headphone
