Question about two E5300

I have two E5300, the first one with BSP-E5300WWB-1010.1 firmware. The second one with BSP-E5400WWB-1006.0

What is the best solution? What can I do? The firstone has problem with sound that skip, the second one has no problem. I use these BD for watching video with USB.
Can I load the second firmware on the first BD?
