MY FRIMWARE 1030 WILL BE BRICK...

SO WHERE CAN I FOUND VERSION 1030 FIRMWARE ON THE LIST CAN BE USE...

I FIND IT WHOLE DAY... ALL ARE SWU_B-BRCM53BSP_001030_I05_ES000KS000RS000DS000BS000_121019

i knew the key point of my bd player..my firmware will be brick.

so can i updata to aother version 1030??

i found many version 1030firmware but

all are SWU_B-BRCM53BSP_001030_I05_ES000KS000RS000DS000BS000_121019

Samsung BD-D5300
UK ,newest version 1030

I tried unlock unit to get region free but doesnt work with this version (1030)

Has Anyone successfully unlocked BD-D5300 with 1030 or successfully downgraded firmware to version where region free hacks works??

Any help very appreciated.

Same here, Newest version in the Netherlands.. Can't find any updates..

OK so I am from South Africa and followed the instructions to the letter. In my Network setup of the D5300 I changed my DNS to the mentioned link in the 1st post. I then looked for a update and it found one.

My Current version was 001016 ... And it prompted me to update to 001116 and I accepted. I rebooted the device as recommended and now my firmware version for my D5300 is 001116 but it still has the Cinavia protection in it.

Can someone please explain to me what is wrong?

nothing wrong. Now if you want to remove some unvanted functionality, you can patch exeDSP by self. SamyGO doesn`t provide any firmware which removes this protection. We just show you how to do that. You have to do job by self.

successfully downgraded firmware of my canadian version BD-D5300 and now it is C-free.

model:
BD-D5300-ZC

firmware downgraded from:
BSP-D5300ZC-1030.0 or 2012/10/19_001030

to:
BSP-D5300ZC-1015.5 or 2011/08/05_001015
