MKV on UE37ES6300

I am trying to play mkv on a nas device but it says not supported. however, on the es8000 the same nas and movie file work.
just wondering what might be wrong.
i tried updating the firmware but it says i have the latest one already installed. i will verfy if i hv the latest else update using USB.

any help will be appreicated.

Same question with me. My TV UE40EH5300, allshare un supported mkv and many video on my NAS (Buffallo NAS).

I want TV access direct to NAS because my NAS (NAS + torrent clinet) have many file mkv, flv, avi, allshare can't play them.
