Record on NTFS Partition?

Post by Freeze »

Hi I am new here.
I have finally managed to install SamyGO on my Samsung D8000 with the firmware version 1015.
Now I want to record TV shows on my NTFS Partition (1 TB) and I would like to be able to watch them on any device. By default they are encrypted.
Can you suggest me what to do?

I have already done this: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2433
I don't know if I have done it right. (I just put these script files in the corresponding folders)
Now when I want to record on my plugged in NTFS-Disk, it says "The capicity of the device isn't enough. Release the capacity and retry then."

What should I do? :(
Thanks in advance.

I fixed it already. I just did it by disabling the PVR encryption and then copying the .srf files from my TV via ftp to my laptop.

Okey, fine! :)

Just for clarification: you cant record to NTFS disk, because by default it is mounted as read only on TV. Sure, you could use some tools like ntfs-3g...

Yep, I have already used ntfs-3g, but I still did not get it how to use it. But this is fixed already, so no problems anymore.
