UN40EH5000FXZA trying to access EXPERT menu

I own a UN40EH5000FXZA and had Logitech upload the HEX codes to the MyHarmony account/site for the FACTORY and 3SPEED functions for my Logitech Harmony 300i. I know the buttons works as I can access the Advanced Menu now by pressing INFO+FACTORY (versus the normal MUTE+1+8+2+POWER); but EXPERT mode is still grayed out when I try FACTORY+3SPEED. I had them re-send the HEX codes just in case; and also had them adjust my remote to send out the signal in 1 and 2 bursts (versus the normal 3 burst it sends by default). Any advice or tips or thoughts?

My main goal is just to get AllShare working via a USB dongle as I have 2 of the known ones that can be patched. In the regular Advanced menu the only extra option I have is for Anynet+.
