Automatic Power on

My surround sound system keeps turning on my samsung e7000. I want to disable the ability for other devices to turn my tv on through the hdmi-cec connection. It comes with the native ability to turn off the ability to turn off other devices with hdmi-cec. My surround sound system does not have the ability to turn off that feature at all. Its an lg Bh9220bw. I am a complete noob at this so please be gentle.
