Actually, i want to know how to remove this small PCB you can see on the last photo. It's the board responsible for the IR receiver and front touch panel commands on the front side of the TV. I have issues with this TV, the remote is not working correctly, it's random, and the standby/IR led is blinking randomly even when there is nothing pressed on the remote controller. The Tv is switching ON/OFF randomly by itself. I think the culpit is this pcb. It is this part:

The issue is i'm not sure how to remove the faulty from the set.
Thanks

Possible, you`re facing some IR interferences in your room. Is there some power sawing bulbs in same room? Or any other equipment which (possible) emits IR?

No, there is not any IR interference, i'm pretty sure. I will try to remove what is called the p-touch function board. It's pretty hard to reach it and to remove it. Because from what i've understood, i need to remove the LED panel to isolate the front bezel, and then remove the pcb we're talking.
If you can tell me what is the pcb i asked on the photo below, with the arrow:

Also i forgot something, i cannot access service menu with INFO MENU MUTE POWER.
Do you know if the chassis number is the number SQ06 that is show as "version number" on this photo:

Also i asked into a dedicated thread, but maybe you didnt see it, in this case, do you know if there is a working software that can change channel through network for this specified TV?
UE40C5100. It has rj45 Ethernet port.
Thank you juuso

[solved]UE40C5100 issue+where to find chassis number
Ok problem solved by replacing the p-touch board.
The question about where to find chassis number is still valid and unanswered.
