Using Samsung Firmware FIRHT7WWC_1016.0
Upgraded my HT-E6750W unit to latest firmware from Samsung. Now with or without DVD's loaded (don't yet have any Blu-Ray disks to test this with) and only a UA40ES6800 TV connected via ARC HDMI cable I keep getting sporadic volume changes!!! Just simply turning the unit on the volume will sporadically change!!!
I hear some mention of cinavia but I thought this was only to do with pirated movies not legit movies and certainly not while the device is just sitting there doing nothing!!!!
Help needed!!!
What is going on here?

Re: HT-E6750W Quirkiness
Powered up the unit. With in 5 seconds the volume had dropped to zero without user intervention!!!

Re: HT-E6750W Quirkiness
Is this a known bug and how do I fix it?!!!
Any suggestions, advice etc. etc. would be most appreciated.
The unit is unusable in its current state and each time it happens I feel as though someone is messing with my head using a wireless remote laughing their heads off at my frustration.

I'm sure this has happened to everyone at least once. Stuck buttons on the remote. Check for a stuck button, take your remote out of the room, or put it in a drawer, and use the volume button on the unit.
